Miramar phase two is a continuation of the White Rock Town Centre Project. This phase consists of 229 new residential units, amenities, public and retail space. When completed in Spring 2020, the overall project will consist of four high-rise towers and a 50,000 square foot retail village.

The massing configuration of the four high-rise buildings and lower podium block is carefully designed to create a large public space at the centre of the development.
The central public plaza contains a mix of retail shops, permanent vendors kiosks, as well as an amphitheater, galleria and fountain. The plaza is designed to support a variety of seasonal activities such as open-air markets and performance events.
