Established in 1976 NSDA Architects is a full service architectural firm located in Vancouver, BC. The Firm is founded on the principles of personalized service to our clients, a teamwork approach, a commitment to quality, and the effective delivery of our client’s projects. A six-time recipient of the Lieutenant Governor’s award, NSDA prides itself on the diversity of its portfolio. It is this diversity – in scope, complexity and budget – that allows the firm to grow both professionally and creatively.

Our firm subscribes to a generalist approach to architecture. We endeavour to expand our architectural experience and undertake a diversity of commissions throughout the province that vary in scope, program complexity, budgets and client goals. We believe this approach allows us to bring a fresh perspective to each project and facilitates an exchange of ideas between various types of commissions. Our projects include: high-rise and multi-family residential developments, mixed-use and commercial, civic and community buildings, special-needs residential, affordable housing, seniors retirement residences, healthcare facilities, as well as urban design, zoning and large scale master planning.

NSDA Architects recognizes that land on which we work is the traditional and unceded territory of many honoured ancestral keepers; the Coast Salish peoples including territories of the xʷməθkwəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and səlili̓lw̓ətaʔɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations.
