Senior Architect
We have an immediate opening for a Senior Architect. The ideal candidate has experience leading a team through the completion of projects in a variety of size, budget, and scope. Your role would be leading a team through the development of projects including conceptualizing, designing, construction and contract documents, liaising with clients and team members. A strong understanding of local building bylaws and codes is an asset.
Job Type: Full-Time
Qualifications:
• 8 to 10 years of relevant experience
• Proven leadership skills, including strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Possess exceptional design, technical and communication skills
• Vectorworks experience preferred and considered an asset
• Registered with the AIBC or eligible for registration in British Columbia

Your role would be to support the project manager and team with the delivery phases and to be accountable for accuracy and quality of design and construction documentation.

• Strong design, communication, and technical skills
• Vectorworks experience preferred and considered an asset
• 3D CAD required (Vectorworks, Artlantis, etc.)
• Contract administration/site experience preferred
